Monocacy Valley Dental is Hiring a Dental Office Administrator Near Frederick, MD
We are currently looking for a driven and team-oriented Dental Office Administrator to assist with administrative operations in our dental office.
To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated, highly organized, a good communicator, and have the talent to inspire teams. It is important that the prospective candidate understands how to utilize schedules and billing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Help oversee and maintain the schedules of the doctor and clinical staff, help maintain patient accounts and billing systems.
- Respond to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist and promote marketing strategies to attract new patients
- Develop treatment plans based on doctors assessments and present to patients.
- Collect treatment fees (due at time of service)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or relevant certification required.
- A minimum of 2 years’ dental administration experience is required.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
- Must be friendly, professional and highly organized.
- Solid understanding of dental billing and insurance procedures.
- Ability to multitask
- Previous dental experience is a must.
- Previous Treatment Coordinating preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
